## About the house

The 120 m² house occupies two floors and was renovated at the beginning of 2017. Mediterranean interiors retain wooden beams and natural-stone walls. The living room has a sofa, air conditioning and a TV with satellite channels in German and Spanish only. The dining area opens to a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and kitchenware. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed and no window; a shower bathroom is also on this floor. Upstairs are two twin bedrooms, both with terrace access, one with a private shower bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. A cot and high chair are supplied for babies.

A stone-lined patio contains the private saltwater pool, measuring 5 × 2 m with depths from 0.3 to 1.5 m. The furnished terrace has a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The first-floor sun terrace has four loungers. The plot is fenced and has next-door neighbours.

Campanet has a small grocery shop, a bank, bars and restaurants serving Majorcan cuisine. A market takes place on the main square on Tuesdays. The nearby mountains offer hiking and cycling, while Sa Pobla, Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia have supermarkets and additional services.

Port d'Alcúdia ferry port is 21.4 km away, and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca is 9 km away.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
