The house

The single-storey, rustic-style house has a living room with a fireplace, Smart TV and open dining area. Air conditioning is limited to the living areas, and four fans are provided. The equipped gas kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and tea towels. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and the third has two single beds; all have wardrobes. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs. A cot and high chair are provided for guests travelling with a baby. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board; towels and a hair dryer are also provided.

Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 11 × 5.5 metres and reaches a depth of 2 metres. The garden has a lawn and sun loungers, and the furnished terrace has a barbecue. Free exterior parking accommodates two cars.

Playa de Alcudia is 2.3 km away, and Alcúdia town and its bus stop are 850 metres away. The surrounding town has a walled historic centre, traditional markets and a seafront promenade with restaurants.
