## About the house

The refurbished house has a ground-floor kitchen-dining room with a gas cooker and seating for eight, plus a separate formal dining room with stone and wood features. One bedroom with two single beds is on the ground floor. Upstairs are three double bedrooms and a living room overlooking the Bay of Pollença, equipped with a Smart satellite TV. All four bedrooms have air conditioning; five ceiling fans and four electric radiators are also provided.

Outside are sunbathing beds, a porch with barbecue facilities and outdoor sofas. Three bicycles are available for guest use. A cot and high chair can be provided. The laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi is available.

The entrance path is shared, and outdoor parking at the front of the house is shared with a neighbour, with parking advertised for four cars. There are close neighbours. Port de Pollença has supermarkets, bars and restaurants and can be reached along a seaside pedestrian and cycle lane.

The house has two floors, a shared entrance path and close neighbours.

Pets and events are not allowed. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
