The house

The rustic house has a living-dining area with seating for eight, satellite TV with German and English channels, and a DVD player. The kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, crockery and utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. The former water-supply well is now decorative.

All four bedrooms are on the first floor and have air conditioning, wardrobes and views over the fields. One has a double bed and three have two single beds each. Two upstairs bathrooms have bathtubs; the ground-floor bathroom has a shower. One bedroom has a small safe. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

The private freshwater pool measures 8.5 × 4.5 metres, is treated with chlorine and has a depth of 1–1.9 metres. The pool terrace has loungers and a furnished pergola. Stairs connect it to the lawned garden and furnished veranda, with a barbecue available. Outdoor parking accommodates four cars.

Playa de Muro is 4.5 km away and Alcúdia town is 11.7 km away. Puerto de Alcúdia has restaurants, supermarkets, beach bars and playgrounds. S'Albufera Natural Park is open year-round and is home to a variety of wildlife, especially birds.
