## About the house

The single-storey, 180 m² house has an open-plan living and dining area, three bedrooms, three shower bathrooms and an additional toilet. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and a wardrobe, and the main living area also has air conditioning. One shower bathroom is en suite, another is elsewhere inside the house and the third is outside. Oil-fired central heating is available.

Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 9 × 4 metres and ranges from 1.2 to 1.7 metres deep. There are five sun loungers, a porch with a barbecue and mountain views, and a second furnished porch beside the house.

The living area has a sofa and a dining table with chairs. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi is available. A cot and high chair can be prepared for guests travelling with a baby. Exterior parking accommodates four cars.

The villa is in a quiet rural area outside Artà, with supermarkets, bars and restaurants in town. Canyamel Beach is 12.8 km away and Capdepera Golf is 7.6 km away.
