## About the house

The outdoor areas include a 12 × 6 m chlorine pool, 1.2–2 m deep, with eight sunbeds, a 75 m² porch and a 1,000 m² lawn. A poolside summer kitchen has a gas cooktop and a table with chairs for outdoor meals.

The main floor contains a fully fitted kitchen with a gas hob, a living room with sofas and TV, and a dining area. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave and oven; an outdoor grill is also available. The laundry room has an iron and ironing board.

Two bedrooms are on the main floor: one has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, while the other has a trundle bed. Both have air conditioning. A separate bathroom on this floor has a bathtub. Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; two of these bedrooms have air conditioning. A cot and high chair can be supplied for a baby. The fireplace is decorative.

Wi-Fi and exterior parking for four cars are free. Sa Pobla offers supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants serving local food. Pollença is a 10-minute drive away, and nearby coastal destinations include Port d’Alcúdia and ses Casetes des Capellans.

The house has two floors. Port d’Alcúdia beach is 14.9 km away, Palma airport 51.7 km, Pollença golf course 13.5 km, Sa Pobla train station 1.5 km, Sa Pobla bus stop 2.1 km, Port d’Alcúdia ferry terminal 19.5 km and Hospital Comarcal d’Inca 15.6 km. Pollença is a 10-minute drive away.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. The fireplace is decorative. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
