The house

Surrounded by trees and mountains, the house has several terraces, a large pergola, two sun loungers and sea views from its outdoor spaces. The private saltwater pool measures 9 × 2.5 metres and is 1.4–1.5 metres deep. It is unavailable from December 15 to January 15.

The living-dining room has satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen has a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus juicer, crockery and tea towels. There are two shower bathrooms. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fans. One has a double bed, direct outdoor access and space for a cot and high chair; the other has two single beds. A high chair and cot are available. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Bars, restaurants and a supermarket in Colònia de Sant Pere are accessible on foot. The supermarket is 0.80 km away, the bus stop 0.18 km, Son Sant Joan Airport 67.6 km, Manacor train station 22.5 km and Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal 30.5 km away. Golf Canyamel is 21.6 km away, Hospital de Manacor 21.8 km, a pharmacy 0.75 km and a bank 0.85 km away.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 90€/stay. Guests must remove all rubbish and leave the property tidy; otherwise €90 is deducted from the security deposit. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
