The house

The 530 m² house occupies two floors and has five bedrooms: three with double beds, one with twin beds and one with a single bed. A single bed can be prepared in an independent room for the ninth guest. Two cots and a high chair are available on request. All bedrooms and living areas have air conditioning.

The traditionally furnished living room has three sofas, satellite TV and a coffee table, with a rustic table and chairs in the dining area. The separate equipped kitchen has a gas stove and microwave. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Wi-Fi and internet access are free.

The gardens have pines, palms, fruit trees and seasonal produce that guests may taste, with views toward the coastal horizon. The swimming pool measures 8 × 11 m and is 1.10–1.80 m deep, with 12 sunbeds around it. A rustic porch has barbecue facilities, and there is a traditional wood-fired oven and a fireplace. A second furnished porch at the entrance has a table and chairs. Free exterior parking accommodates three cars.

Cala Marçal Beach is 4 km away, Porto Colom town is 2.3 km away and Vall d'Or Golf is 1.2 km away. Porto Colom has supermarkets, markets, shops, medical services and pharmacies. The surrounding area offers walking, cycling and horse riding.
