The house

The 300 m² house occupies two floors within a fenced, tree-filled 14,000 m² property. Terraces provide places to sit with countryside views. The private chlorine pool measures 11 × 5 metres and is 1.1–1.7 metres deep. Lawn and wooden decking surround it, with ten sun loungers and a poolside porch containing a large dining table, barbecue and pallet sofa.

An entrance hall leads to an air-conditioned living room with satellite television. The air-conditioned dining room opens to a kitchen with a gas hob and has a large table. It can be reached from outside or from the living area via steps. A high chair is available if needed. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

All five bedrooms have wardrobes and two single beds each. Two ground-floor bedrooms have air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and space for a cot. The corridor also has air conditioning. Three bedrooms are upstairs, including one with access to a sunny terrace. Additional bathroom facilities include a downstairs bath, an upstairs shower and an outdoor shower bathroom.

The town centre is 2.4 km away and Cala Millor beach is approximately 11 km away. The surrounding area offers hiking and cycling. Outdoor parking accommodates six cars.
