The house

The garden has acacias, vegetation, sunbeds and several furnished outdoor seating areas. The private chlorine pool measures 8 × 4 metres and is 0.95–1.8 metres deep. An arbour shelters an outdoor dining area seating eight. There is a neighbouring property next door.

The traditionally furnished main building has two living rooms, including a ground-floor living room with satellite television, and two dining rooms, one in a winter garden. The Mallorcan-style kitchen has cooking utensils, a gas stove, microwave and oven. A barbecue is available.

Two bedrooms in the main building open onto the garden: one has a double bed and one has two single beds, both with en-suite shower bathrooms. Each of the two separate secondary buildings contains two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and terrace access. Across these secondary buildings, one bedroom has a double bed and three have two single beds each.

All three buildings have central heating, available at an additional cost. Six fans are provided. The laundry area has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Three cots and three high chairs can be provided. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Petra has restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Son Serra de Marina beach is 19 km away, and the nearest sandy beach is approximately 20 minutes away by car.
