## About the house

The garden has acacias, vegetation, sunbeds and several furnished outdoor seating areas. The private chlorine pool measures 8 × 4 metres and is 0.95–1.8 metres deep. An arbour shelters an outdoor dining area seating eight. There is a neighbouring property next door.

The traditionally furnished main building has two living rooms, including a ground-floor living room with satellite television, and two dining rooms, one in a winter garden. The Mallorcan-style kitchen has cooking utensils, a gas stove, microwave and oven. A barbecue is available.

Two bedrooms in the main building open onto the garden: one has a double bed and one has two single beds, both with en-suite shower bathrooms. Each of the two separate secondary buildings contains two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and terrace access. Across these secondary buildings, one bedroom has a double bed and three have two single beds each.

All three buildings have central heating, available at an additional cost. Six fans are provided. The laundry area has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Three cots and three high chairs can be provided. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Petra has restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Son Serra de Marina beach is 19 km away, and the nearest sandy beach is approximately 20 minutes away by car.

Petra train station is 1 km away, Ariany bus stop is 5 km away, Son Sant Joan Airport is 41.4 km away and Port d'Alcúdia ferry port is 29.1 km away.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Central heating costs extra; contact the advertiser for details and possible additional charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
