## About the house

The accommodation comprises a traditional Mallorcan main house and a separate, more modern annexe, offered together for eight guests. The fenced grounds have a leafy garden, a porch and sun loungers, with privacy despite nearby neighbours.

The main house has a living-dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout and radiators for cooler months. Its fully equipped gas kitchen has a table and chairs and direct outdoor access. Three bedrooms each contain a double bed, wardrobe and fan. Two bathrooms provide a shower and a bathtub respectively. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

The annexe has an open-plan living-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob. Its bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe, and its bathroom has a shower. A portable standing fan is provided. Up to two cots and two high chairs can be provided for babies. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for eight cars are available.

Es Trenc Beach is 1.5 km away. Nearby Colonia de Sant Jordi offers coves, restaurants serving Mallorcan cuisine and fresh fish, and shopping for stay essentials.

Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
