The house

The house has a dining room with satellite TV offering English channels, a stone fireplace and an open connection to an equipped gas kitchen. Kitchen facilities include a microwave and oven/stove. One bedroom on this level has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. The first floor has a second bedroom with two single beds and a second shower bathroom. Both bedrooms have wardrobes.

Air conditioning is available in each room, alongside three fans and central heating. A cot, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for three cars are available.

Outside, there is a 5 × 3 m chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1.70 m, a patio and a barbecue area for outdoor dining. The property perimeter is fenced, and geese occupy a separate enclosed corner.

The Sa Coma Freda route is nearby. Andratx, with restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, is 3 km away. Puerto de Andratx is 5 km away and offers canoeing and sailing activities. Camp de Mar beach is 7.7 km away.
