The fenced plot has next-door neighbors, large terraces, a furnished porch for outdoor dining and a barbecue. The chlorine pool measures 6.6 × 3.4 m and is 1.1–1.7 m deep. Its surrounding terrace has seven sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower.

The living room opens onto the terrace and has satellite TV with German, English and Spanish channels. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, utensils and dishwasher. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
