House rules
Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 210€ per stay; the published date range is partially obscured. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
Playa de Can Picafort is 0.160 km away, two streets from the house. There is no private beach access. The interior is on one floor, with an additional terrace on the upper floor. No property parking is available.
