Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. A cot and high chair are available on request.
