The house

The fenced grounds have a garden, no surrounding neighbours and a private chlorine pool measuring 11 × 6 metres, with depths from 1.1 to 1.9 metres. Eight sunloungers surround the pool. Stairs lead to a porch with a barbecue and an outdoor sofa.

The air-conditioned living-dining room has a dining table and satellite TV. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave and oven. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

On the living-area floor, a twin bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom, and there is a separate toilet. Upstairs are another twin bedroom and two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite jetted shower. A bathroom with a bath completes the upper floor. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and a wardrobe or walk-in wardrobe; two upstairs bedrooms open onto the upper terrace. Two baby cots and two high chairs are available.

Ses Salines, 2.5 km away, has basic services for a self-catering stay. The nearest beach is in Colonia de Sant Jordi, 4 km away. Other nearby beaches include Platja de's Dolç and Es Trenc. Free parking includes six outdoor spaces and one garage space.
