The house

The house occupies two floors on a fenced plot with direct neighbours. The ground floor has a living-dining room with satellite TV and an equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob and microwave. Two independently closing ground-floor bedrooms share a shower bathroom accessed from the bedrooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, alongside a second lounge area with two divans and a TV. There are views of the sea and Sa Ràpita Yacht Club.

Outside are a private chlorine pool measuring 9 × 3.5 m and 1.65 m deep, an outdoor shower, a porch, two sun loungers and a mobile barbecue. The grounds include 100 m² of lawn, a furnished 50 m² front terrace, a smaller rear dining terrace with direct kitchen access and a wooden terrace at the side of the house.

Ducted air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available. An iron and ironing board are provided. A cot and highchair can be provided for a baby. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

Sa Ràpita Beach is 0.45 km away, the town centre is 0.85 km away and the bus stop is 0.35 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 36.6 km away. Sa Ràpita has a marina, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and nautical services; Es Trenc and Ses Covetes are also in the bay.
