The 190 m² house has two floors, traditional wooden beams and stone walls. The living-dining room has a sofa, armchairs, television, a dining table and a fireplace. The separate kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, electric oven and a table with chairs. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

The ground floor has a double bedroom with a wardrobe. Upstairs are a twin bedroom with a closet and a double bedroom with a closet and an en-suite shower bathroom. The outside annex has a double bed, a single bed, a closet, a fireplace and an en-suite shower bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.

The gardens and pool terrace overlook fields and woodland. The chlorine pool measures 12 × 6 metres and is 1.50–1.80 metres deep. There are sunbeds and several furnished outdoor areas, including a dining area under a straw roof. The property boundary is fenced, and there are neighbours nearby.

Sant Elm village and its sandy beach are 1.5 km away. Basic services are available in the village, with further services in Andratx and Port d'Andratx. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available.
