The house spans three levels and has a lawn, hammocks, terraces and porches, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
The ground floor contains a living room with large windows and satellite TV, a second living room with a dining area, a traditional Mallorcan-style gas kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Three bedrooms are on this floor: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. Two ground-floor bedrooms open onto a furnished terrace.
The upstairs attached area includes another living room with a TV, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath. All four bedrooms have wardrobes. A separate laundry area on the lower level has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The dining room and all bedrooms have ceiling fans; there are five fans in total.
