The house has approximately 210 m² of living space over two floors. Outside are garden and lawn areas, terraces, furnished porches, four sun loungers and a barbecue. One terrace has two armchairs and a sofa, while the upstairs terrace has countryside and mountain views.

The ground floor has a living-dining room with satellite TV and a dining table, a separate equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, one double bedroom and two bathrooms with showers. Upstairs are another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a third bathroom with a bathtub. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.

Pets and events are not allowed. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
