The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs €90 per stay. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

One of the two shower bathrooms is outdoors.
