Listing description
The house has a front breakfast area and a rear terrace with lake views and direct access to the lake of Puerto de Alcúdia. Outside are a lawn, two sunbeds, a garden swing, a parasol and a barbecue under the porch.
There are two living rooms: one has a TV and the other has air conditioning. An additional air conditioner is in the hallway. The kitchen-dining room has a ceramic hob, microwave, utensils and domestic appliances. A separate laundry contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and two bedrooms each have a single bed. Three bedrooms have wardrobes. Two bathrooms with showers serve the whole house. A cot and highchair are available. Free Wi-Fi is provided.
Bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops are accessible on foot. Puerto de Alcúdia Beach is 350 metres away, a short walk. In high season, buses run every 15 minutes to destinations including Ca’n Picafort, Puerto de Pollença, Alcúdia and Palma.
