Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.
Getting there
Access between the independent floors involves an exterior staircase. Porto Cristo beach is about a 10-minute walk away; the stated distance to Platja de Porto Cristo is 1.3 km. There is no private beach access. No property parking is provided.
