This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 27 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets are not allowed. Neither fireplace may be used. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
