The outdoor area has a private chlorine pool measuring 12 × 6 m, with depths from 0.9 to 2 m, a terrace with six sun loungers, a garden and a porch for barbecues and outdoor dining.

The house has a staggered, multi-level layout. Floor -1 contains a basically equipped kitchen with a wood oven and ceramic hob, a dining room, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with ceramic hob, a living room with Smart TV and pool access, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

The first floor has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. One has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub; there is also a separate bathroom with bathtub. Two bedrooms open onto terraces overlooking the countryside. A cot and highchair can be provided. The two fireplaces cannot be used.

Binissalem has supermarkets, bars and wine cellars offering tastings. The nearby Tramuntana mountains offer hiking and cycling opportunities. Exterior parking accommodates six cars.

This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 27 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets are not allowed. Neither fireplace may be used. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
