## About the house

The house has classic and colonial-style interiors, a front terrace with a sofa and armchairs, and a rear terrace with a small covered area, a dining table for six and a barbecue. The main entrance opens into the living room; a second entrance provides access to the kitchen and terrace.

The ground-floor living-dining room has a fireplace and satellite television with Spanish and German channels. There is also a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, electric oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor, with terraces on both sides. Bedroom 1 has two single beds, Bedroom 2 has one bunk bed, and Bedroom 3 has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A separate bathroom in the corridor has a shower. Fans, towels, a hair dryer, a high chair and sun loungers are also available.

Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, banks and medical services can be reached on foot. Can Picafort has bus, taxi and car-rental connections with Palma, Alcúdia and Pollença. Nearby places for outings include S’Albufera Natural Park and the Son Real public estate and necropolis.
