The house

The 170 m² house occupies two floors. The ground-floor bedroom has air conditioning, mountain views and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. Three further bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning are on the first floor. Two additional bathrooms serve the house: one with a bath on the ground floor and one with a shower upstairs. A crib is available.

There are two living rooms. One has four sofas and satellite television; the other forms part of the air-conditioned living-dining area, with a dining table, chairs, two sofas and a fitted kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with Wi-Fi.

Outside are an 8 × 4.5 m swimming pool, six sun loungers and a garden with fruit trees. A 9 m² porch has a barbecue, and a 24 m² terrace has a table, chairs and a canopy. Parking accommodates three cars outdoors and two in the garage.

Lloseta lies in the Tramuntana area, a few kilometres from Inca, where shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, sports centres and a hospital are available. Inca holds a Thursday street market. Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Can Picafort are a 30-minute drive away.
