House rules

For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra fee of 80€ applies to cover domestic services such as water, electricity and gas in case of non-responsible use. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected during reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Guests should go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to complete identification and obtain entry access. A confirmation voucher is sent by email with reservation details and information about additional services.
