House rules

Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Up to two dogs require final approval; notify the team at booking and submit animal details by text or email. Non-refundable pet charges are $150 per animal for cleaning plus $50/night per animal. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local office address is available upon request for $50 per package or $75 for larger items. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due upon booking and the balance 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before that deadline receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Stays exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged and charged by the reservation team; stays over 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged and charged by the team. Early check-in or late check-out requires authorization by text from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and is subject to availability.

Getting there

Skiing and town are within walking distance, and the gondola at Mountain Village core is very close. Parking at the property is limited to one car; additional paid valet parking at The Peaks is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
