The eco shower stops the water supply after three to four minutes and can be restarted immediately.

A washing machine, television, towels, hair dryer, and iron and ironing board are provided. Free internet is available. There is no air-conditioning; fans are provided in every bedroom from May to September and can be requested outside that period. The garden behind the home is not available for guest use.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Children are welcome, but babies and toddlers are not accepted. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
