The private inner courtyard contains a citrus orchard and offers views of Ostuni’s rooftops, old town and the sea. A raised terrace provides additional outdoor space. The apartment stands beside Sant’Antonio da Padova church, with the garden bordering the old church tower.

The apartment is in Ostuni’s nineteenth-century area, on a small alley accessible only on foot. The historic centre is a 10-minute walk away. Brindisi and Bari are the closest airports to Ostuni, with stated journey times of 35 and 70 minutes respectively.
