The house

The home accommodates up to 10 guests with two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It sits in a quiet neighborhood and has two separate kitchens, a deck, screened porch, patio, outdoor seating, grill and fire pit. Beach and dock access are in the neighborhood, with opportunities for swimming and boating.

Kitchen facilities include a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen basics and a dining area. The home has air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, hot water, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace and a washer and dryer. Entertainment includes television, cable or satellite service, books and board games. Streaming services require guests’ own accounts; the living room fireplace is not operational.

Parking accommodates three cars, and a garage is available. The home has a private entrance and self check-in. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers, an iron, a crib and room-darkening shades are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Kayaks or water gear are available.
