## About the house

The lodge offers twelve rooms, cabanas and studios. Breakfast is included in every room rate. Room amenities include air-conditioning, ceiling fans, window screens, a refrigerator and fiber-optic Wi-Fi; kitchenettes are available in selected rooms. Some rooms have private bathrooms. The Sunrise Cabana and Sunset Cabana each have two bedrooms. The Garden Suite is a studio described as suitable for one or two people and long-term stays. The Surf Studio has two twin beds that can be joined, a private bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, ceiling fan and standing fan. Seagrape has a queen bed, mini-fridge and private deck. Kitesurf Room has a queen bed, configurable as two twin beds, a bathroom and a private deck. The lodge has an on-site restaurant and bar, and kitesurfing lessons are available by advance arrangement.

The lodge is directly on the beach, with direct access to the beach and Caribbean water. On-site launching and landing areas are available for kitesurfing.
