What staying here is like
The townhome accommodates up to 15 guests and has 5.5 bathrooms, a private hot tub, an outdoor patio with a TV, a balcony, a foosball table and smart TVs without live channels. A fully equipped kitchen includes cookware and coffee makers. Other amenities include a BBQ grill and utensils, board games, ceiling fans, a dryer, a private entrance and a carbon monoxide detector. Two adult kayaks, a child's kayak, a paddleboard, pickleball paddles and a Pack 'n Play are provided. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 are on the main floor. Guests have access to walking trails, a snack shack and six community pickleball courts. Recreation equipment, golf carts and cabanas can be rented on-site. Community activities rotate throughout the year. Access to the gated Springs Social Spa at Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street is included; hours are 10:00–22:00. Resort facilities also include shaded seating and 10-foot fire tables. Rotating activities can include rooftop yoga, children’s crafts, food-truck nights and pool or lagoon movies; check the event calendar. Guests receive local discounts, including Crush Golf + Grill, Jellystone Park, Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Café Sabor and ATV and bike rentals, with codes arriving within 48 hours of booking. Concierge assistance can arrange golf tee times, private chefs and in-home massages.
