House rules
Only staying guests are permitted; visitors require prior agreement with the host. No parties or venue use, no smoking, and no pets. Quiet hours are 9:00pm to 8:00am, when noise that could disturb neighbours is not permitted. Security cameras monitor the main entry, parking area, and side accessways. Additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal may incur extra charges.
Getting there
The home is five minutes' walk from Nelson Cathedral and the city centre. It is opposite Fairfield Park and playground. The property has off-street parking for a maximum of three vehicles, with no on-street parking on the street frontage. Steps lead from the balcony deck to the pool, spa, and garden area.
