Smoking indoors is prohibited; non-compliance incurs a €300 fine. Parties, events and pets are not permitted. Keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may have a Minut sensor monitoring noise, smoke and temperature; it does not record conversations or collect personal data. Do not disable, cover or tamper with installed equipment. All guests must present valid identification for registration. When applicable, municipal tourist tax is €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 13 and above, for a maximum of seven nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link is sent before arrival. Schedule check-in at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise arrival arrangements depend on the team's availability. Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00 and checkout is by 12:00. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and an additional charge. A travel crib, high chair and baby bath are free on request before check-in; requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may incur an additional fee. For stays of eight nights or more, mid-stay replenishment of linen, towels and consumables is provided. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning is available on request at an extra charge.
