## About the house

The apartment has two queen bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower bathroom and a balcony overlooking the building's garden. A third bedroom has two single beds and a balcony. There are three bathrooms in total. The spacious living and dining rooms share a balcony with garden views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a laundry area and pantry. A garage parking space and a building elevator are available. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool, golf course, playground and green spaces.

The residential setting offers access to beaches, shops, restaurants, public transport and main roads. Bed linen and towels are provided. A travel crib, high chair and baby bath can be requested before arrival. For stays of eight nights or more, a mid-stay service replenishes bed linen, towels and consumables; additional cleaning is available on request for an extra charge.

Guests have access to the shared swimming pool.

Smoking indoors is prohibited; non-compliance incurs a €300 fine. Parties, events and pets are not permitted. Keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may have a Minut sensor monitoring noise, smoke and temperature; it does not record conversations or collect personal data. Do not disable, cover or tamper with installed equipment. All guests must present valid identification for registration.

When applicable, municipal tourist tax is €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 13 and above, for a maximum of seven nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link is sent before arrival.

Schedule check-in at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise arrival arrangements depend on the team's availability. Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00 and checkout is by 12:00. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and an additional charge.

A travel crib, high chair and baby bath are free on request before check-in; requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may incur an additional fee. For stays of eight nights or more, mid-stay replenishment of linen, towels and consumables is provided. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning is available on request at an extra charge.
