House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. The home is suitable for children and infants. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available for hire. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
Getting there
The home is set over three floors with two internal flights of stairs. Mornington Crescent tube station and Regent's Park are each under a five-minute walk away; Camden Lock and Primrose Hill are 10–15 minutes away on foot. The antique Eames chair in the master bedroom is decorative and more suited to draping clothes.
