This 129 sqm townhouse occupies three floors. The ground floor has a living area with an L-shaped sofa and flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with bar stools, a rear dining area and a cloakroom with WC and sink beneath the stairs. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. A stacked washer/dryer is tucked into a cupboard near the dining area. The rear opens directly onto a private garden with patio furniture and chairs.

The first-floor master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, bathtub, rainfall shower and WC. Two further bedrooms occupy the top floor. The third bedroom has a double bed and an extra single mattress stored underneath. The top-floor bedrooms share a bathroom with a large sink, WC and walk-in shower, accessible from the second bedroom and the hallway.

Central heating, a smart TV, towels, bed linen, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available. Mornington Crescent tube station and Regent's Park are each under five minutes away on foot; Camden Lock and Primrose Hill are a 10–15-minute walk away.

The home is set over three floors with two internal flights of stairs. No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. The home is suitable for children and infants. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available for hire. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
