## About the house

The house has two terraces, one on the main floor and another on the top floor, with a barbecue and two sun loungers. An entrance hall leads to a living-dining room with a fireplace and a dining table seating four. The separate kitchen includes a ceramic hob, coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, utensils and appliances.

Upstairs, a second living room has a Smart TV, air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Both bedrooms have wardrobes. The twin bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom. The other bedroom has a double bed and space for a cot and high chair; a cot is available. The shared bathroom has a bathtub. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. Up to four radiators can be supplied on request. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is no pool or on-property parking.

The historic town has monuments, narrow streets, shops, bars, restaurants, concerts and art exhibitions. The beaches of Puerto de Pollensa, Cala Sant Vicent and Formentor are about 10 minutes away by car. Port de Pollença beach is 6.8 km away. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. A mandatory tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over.

Aeroport de Son Sant Joan is 56.6 km away, Golf de Pollença 4.4 km, sa Pobla train station 16.5 km, the Carrer Cecili Metel bus stop 1 km, Port d'Alcudia ferry port 15.1 km and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca 25.2 km.

Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to each guest aged 16 or over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
