The villa has a private saltwater pool measuring 4 × 8 m, with depths from 1.20 to 1.80 m. Outdoor facilities include sun loungers, a garden, a terrace, a porch dining table and a barbecue. The property boundary is fenced, and there are close neighbours.
The ground floor contains a living-dining room with air conditioning and a Smart TV with satellite channels, a separate kitchen with an outdoor exit, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are two further double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels.
Other equipment includes a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, towels, DVD player, CD player, two cots and two high chairs. Wi-Fi is free.
