The garden has a lawn and hammocks, alongside a 10 × 4 m saltwater pool, up to 2 m deep, available year-round. A furnished porch and barbecue provide outdoor dining space. A tennis court with rackets and balls and a table-tennis table are available.
The accommodation is arranged on one floor, with a spacious living and dining area, a sofa, Smart TV and dining seating for all guests. The fully equipped induction kitchen includes utensils, a microwave and an oven/stove. All four bedrooms have double beds, wardrobes and air conditioning. Two bedrooms have en-suite shower bathrooms; one of these bedrooms is separate and accessed through the garden. Additional shower facilities include an exterior bathroom. The upper floor is closed to guests.
A crib and high chair are provided for babies. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Solar panels support the home's aerothermal system and household energy supply. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for up to three cars are available.
