The garden has a lawn and hammocks, alongside a 10 × 4 m saltwater pool, up to 2 m deep, available year-round. A furnished porch and barbecue provide outdoor dining space. A tennis court with rackets and balls and a table-tennis table are available.

The accommodation is arranged on one floor, with a spacious living and dining area, a sofa, Smart TV and dining seating for all guests. The fully equipped induction kitchen includes utensils, a microwave and an oven/stove. All four bedrooms have double beds, wardrobes and air conditioning.
