House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old; proof of age is required. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Optional pool and spa heating carries an additional daily fee and must be requested before arrival.
Getting there
Downtown Palm Springs, the airport and the foothills are within a few miles. Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is six miles from the home.
