House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and proof of age is required. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors; music audible from the property line violates the stated noise rule. Daytime people noise must be measured and reasonable; daytime is defined as 10:00–22:00. Optional pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival, with payment arranged before check-in.
Getting there
Tahquitz Canyon is three miles away. The backyard is reached through the breezeway between the home and garage.
