Christmas-period bookings receive butler service only; the service period is December 19 through January 9. Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival receive the deposit less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable, and Christmas-period bookings are always non-refundable.
