Calarossa Seaview accommodates four guests within a quiet residential complex surrounded by greenery, with views of the Terrasini coast. The garden has a table, chairs and sofas.

On the entrance floor there is a queen-bed bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Stairs lead down to a twin bedroom, a second bathroom with a shower and an interior veranda.

The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away, and other rocky and sandy swimming spots are within a 30-minute walk. Terrasini town centre is 2 km away; bars and supermarkets are within a 20-minute walk. Palermo airport is a few kilometres away. Nearby excursion destinations include Scopello (30 minutes), Segesta (40 minutes), and Trapani and Erice (50 minutes).
