The apartment is on the third floor of a building with a lift. Its double-height living area has wood flooring, a large corner sofa, a television and a workstation. Tall French doors open onto the balcony, with glimpses of the sea and boats moored at La Cala.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and juicer, alongside a dining area.
Stairs from the living room lead to a queen-bed bedroom overlooking the living area, with access to the furnished terrace. A second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. There are two bathrooms, including a full bathroom with a large shower. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer are available.
La Cala and its Trapezoidal Pier are a few steps away. Palermo Central Station is a 15-minute walk away, with trains to and from the airport and buses to Mondello and Monreale.
