The apartment is on the third floor of a building with a lift. Its double-height living area has wood flooring, a large corner sofa, a television and a workstation. Tall French doors open onto the balcony, with glimpses of the sea and boats moored at La Cala.

Stairs from the living room lead to a queen-bed bedroom overlooking the living area, with access to the furnished terrace. A second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. La Cala and its Trapezoidal Pier are a few steps away. Palermo Central Station is a 15-minute walk away, with trains to and from the airport and buses to Mondello and Monreale.
